Had the pleasure to work with Daniel from The PCS team as the lender on the buy side. His job and communication throughout the process as the sellers agent was great and it allowed for both his sellers and our buyers to move through the process effectively and come to an early approval plus a sooner closing than originally scheduled for. Thank you Daniel & team!

Extremely Disappointing Experience We chose The PCS Team because of personal recommendation from a fellow Warrant Officer close friend of ours. In addition to the personal recommendation what we read about the PCS team was their advertised service, relationships, community, veterans helping veterans, and putting people first. Unfortunately, my family’s experience did not reflect those values when we needed them most. Communication during the initial house-hunting phase was good. Because I was stationed elsewhere and unable to physically attend showings, I placed significant trust in our agent to provide thorough, unbiased, and truthful feedback during virtual walkthroughs. That trust began to disappear once we made an offer. As buyers, I expected stronger advocacy for our financial interests and greater due diligence regarding the condition of the property. Knowing pets lived in the home, I believe additional questions regarding odors, flooring, stains, or pet-related accidents should have been asked—especially because we could not inspect the home ourselves. Had we understood the actual condition beforehand, we could have requested additional inspections, negotiated differently, or reconsidered the purchase. The biggest disappointment came when we finally arrived at our new home. Despite our arrival being known, no one from The PCS Team was there to greet us. We were simply given the lockbox code. More importantly, we immediately discovered severely soiled flooring and conditions that caused us serious concern. We informed our agent, yet no one came to personally see what we were dealing with or offered meaningful assistance while our family tried to navigate the situation. What made this even more frustrating was being contacted by our agent about supporting promotional events while we were still dealing with unresolved problems at the home. For me, however, the hardest part was trust. As a fellow Warrant Officer, and during our very first conversation I specifically explained that I wanted to support a fellow Warrant Officer and veteran. I also made clear that I did not want to feel like another transaction or commission. Within the Warrant Officer community, trust and taking care of one another is the key foundation of our cohort. That is why this experience was particularly disappointing. Problems with homes can be missed, and no realtor can guarantee a perfect property. My issue is how we felt misrepresented before closing and how little support we experienced once serious problems became apparent afterward. A company’s values aren’t demonstrated by social media posts, awards, promotional events, or closing photos. They’re demonstrated by how clients are treated when something goes wrong. Unfortunately, when my family needed support the most, we felt like we were on our own. That loss of trust is ultimately why I cannot recommend The PCS Team.
