Allie Kennedy was amazingly helpful and dedicated to us. We were buying from out of state. She walked through many houses showing us remotely. She discussed our wants and needs with us extensively. I would send her houses to check out. She drove around to tons of places on my list and assessed each and reported back to us. She advised about neighborhoods, scenery, conveniences, problems with each place, and measured spaces. She helped us through the bidding process. We traveled to look at the house we bid on and rejected it. She had other properties for us to see. We used up her entire time 3 days in a row. We put money down on a house that weekend. She held our hand, answered all our questions, took care of problems with the seller as we worked towards closing. She helped us obtain a good deal. She was there on inspection day. She came to our rescue with help when we had problems after the movers left. She has continued to be very helpful after the sale when I called her with questions about who to contact for this or that and other situations with the seller. Our only regret was that she could not have traveled 1100 miles to our state to sell our house which took well over a year. We went through several realtors there and none were as competent or as supportive as Allie. We had a lovely well maintained home there on 5 acres. Allie even answered our reality question as sellers. She is the person I called because she inspires such trust and knowledge.
